How do I reset my password if I never got the email?

I tried the reset flow three times and the email never shows up, not in spam either. Is there another way to get back into my account, or does someone need to reset it manually on your end?

Worth double checking a promotions or updates tab too, some mail clients file it there instead of spam.

Reset emails can take a few minutes to land, but if three attempts over that long have not shown up anywhere, send us the email address on file and we will trigger a manual reset link from our side.
