# Being charged twice this month, can someone check my account?

I see two identical charges on our card this billing cycle, three days apart. Only expecting one. Can someone confirm whether that's a duplicate charge or if we're actually being billed for something extra?

That happened to us once too, turned out to be a retried payment after a temporary bank decline.

Looked into it, that second charge was a failed authorization hold that your bank is still showing as pending, it should drop off within a few business days and only the first charge will settle. If it has not cleared by next week let us know and we will issue a refund directly.
